A walk around Whalesborough taking in the South West Coast Path, Bude Canal and the Hele Valley Trail in Marhamchurch. Note parts of this walk can be muddy.

Option to stay for a drink at the Weir afterwards.

The turning off the A39 is signed "Whalesborough". If using Google or Apple Maps, you can navigate to The Weir Bistro, EX23 0JD to be directed to this turning. Once you have turned off the A39 there are a few small car parks. Follow the road and drive past the first car park on the right signed "The Weir". You will then come to another car park on your left signed "The Weir and Whalesborough Trail". This is where we will meet. If this is full when you arrive, you can either continue along the lane to a third car park, or return to the first car park "The Weir". Please consider car sharing where possible to reduce your impact on the environment.
