We are the South West Sussex Ramblers. We open the way for everyone in our local community to enjoy the pleasures of walking.
A bracing walk from Stoughton Down to make room for more food!
We leave the car park and head through Inholmes Wood to Up Marden Church. From there we make our way through woods and fields to Locksash Farm. We then turn south to Lye Common and Walderton. We ascend through the wood to Walderton Down, continuing up to the Devil's Humps neolithic barrows where we should have great views (weather permitting!). Then down through the woods to return to the car park.
Cake at the end. Might be muddy and 2 ascents on chalk tracks.
