Overview

Paul Fletcher is leading a 10 mile moderate walk.

Starting from the campsite cafe we will walk through the site towards the England coast path we will walk across Bleadon level along the river Axe towards St. Nicholas church where we will climb the hill to the Beacon and church where you can see lovely views over Brean Down and Weston, walking down the hill, we will rejoin the England coast path walking near the river Axe at the rear of Slimridge farm where we will join the beach and walk towards Weston. Here we will stay for a couple of hours so that we can enjoy the pier and town at leisure.
We will meet up again at the start of the pier at 2pm and walk again along the beach back towards Brean, We will then join the road and walk around the Marina joining west Mendip way before returning to the campsite. I f you are not camping you will have to park in Brean and walk up to the campsite.

Dog friendly though there may be cattle.

Please arrive at 09:45 for a 10:00 start.
