Overview

This Tuesday walk is planned using local bus routes to get to the Start Point.

We walk from Bridge of Findhorn to Forres via Limekilns and Loch of Blairs. First mile is by road, then mainly good tracks and paths. 

Bus 10 leaves Elgin Bus Station @ 09:42 and arrives At Bridge of Findhorn at 10:10. 

Car Drivers Please Note: No parking at Bridge of Findhorn - bus is essential. Cars can park in one of Forres many car parks and catch the Bus 10 at Tolbooth at 10:05 (same bus as from Elgin).

Those travelling by car, please make sure you are there in good time to catch the bus to Bridge of Findhorn.

Good walking boots / shoes are essential, gaiters, waterproof jacket and trousers and poles are advised.  Bring food and drink for the day.

All walkers must carry some form of ICE (In Case of Emergency) identification. This includes your name, mobile number and next of kin contact number.

Sorry, no dogs allowed on this walk.

Toilets: At the community Centre or Grant Park, there are no toilets on the walk route.
