We are the Pembrokeshire Ramblers. We open the way for everyone in our local community to enjoy the pleasures of walking.
An opportunity to walk rights of way recently improved under the Ramblers Cymru lead paths to well being scheme for Brynberian. Along upland pasture footpaths, bridleways ,sunken green lanes and quiet country roads we find ancient standing stones on Waun Mawr, visit the ancient Tycanol Woods and detour to Pentre Ifan. Excellent views of the Presellis and Newport coastline on a clear day. Expect non road surfaces to be soft and muddy in places ( gaiters recommended).

We will stop at ancient monuments and information boards we come across on route also for morning coffee or tea and lunch, please bring your own packed lunch and drinks.
Although the walk is classed as Moderate there are some steady inclines to be negotiated.

Canolfan Llynihirion Brynberian car park please park on the western (left hand side, as viewed from the access ramp) of the car park to maintain access to the community centre. Please note there will be a collection for a donation for the use of the car park and toilets. Turning off B4329 Haverfordwest to Cardigan Road take the Brynberian / Pentre Ifan turn, Drive through the village northwards past the first T junction to the crossroads 400 metres north. At which point the car park is above the road on left hand side and is accessed via a pair black metal gates via ramp, at the top of the ramp turn left and park against the western boundary. Please note the nearest postcode is 200 metres north of the car park.
