A circular walk around Burgh by Sands (near Carlisle) visiting the monument to Edward 1 and part of Hadrian's Wall pathway. A mixture of road, coastal and riverside walking. Outstanding views across the Solway Firth to Criffel and Burnswark . Refreshments available in the Greyhound Inn.
