Overview

An energetic walk taking in three summits south of Caerphilly, plus a stretch of high ridge overlooking Cardiff.  Most of the walking is over good tracks with a few ascents and descents of up to 400 ft. Coffee and lunch stops with possibly time for a pub stop at Garth.
