Overview

A linear walk of about five and a half miles.  The morning includes walking by George V Park and part of the Capital Ring to the University of East London campus for lunch where there are cafes and picnic facilities.  After lunch we continue via Royal Victoria Gardens and Silvertown.  Should finish by about 15.00.
