Overview

A moderate- to fast-paced circular walk led by David C (Mobile No: 07747 187036) over undulating terrain. Route: West via Hundridge Manor – Ballinger Common – Lee Common to The Lee for lunch. After lunch east via Grove Wood – Lowne’s Wood to Chartridge – Asheridge – Widmoore Wood, then back into Chesham. Lunch at ‘The Cock & Rabbit Inn’, The Lee, HP16 9LZ (01494 837540), after 5 miles, or picnic nearby.  Drop-out point: Taxi from The Lee. Joint walk with Hammersmith, Fulham & Wandsworth Group.
