Overview

Meet Garrison Church Car Park, Homefield Road, for an urban walk exploring some of Colchester's green spaces including the cemetery, Bourne Valley Nature Reserve, Distillery Pond and continuing alongside the river into Castle Park.

After lunch in the city centre, we continue back to the car park through St. Johns Green and Abbey Fields.

There are frequent buses back from the city centre, so if anyone doesn't want to walk back to the car park, that's an option.
