We are the Northampton Group (Ramblers Northampton). We open the way for everyone in our local community to enjoy the pleasures of walking.

The walk today takes us down to the canal via Sixfields and into Upton Country Park.
A gradual climb then returns us to Duston winding our way through St. Crispins, taking advantage of tracks, paths and woodland.
Mainly good paths, some sticky patches if wet.
No Stiles.

Our walk will begin at The Poppyfields PH at the Timken tree located at the side entrance.
They will be open before the start of our walk should you need to use the facilities and a table will be available on our return. A good value Carvery is available as well as a main menu.
