Overview

Meet at Goldhanger Church, 1 Church Street. For a circular walk, taking in views of Osea island and Northey island as the walk follows part of the river Blackwater to Heybridge Basin, and inland past Chigwell lakes .

Please bring drinks and snacks or alternatively there are 2 pubs at Heybridge halfway round.

Option of refreshments post walk at the chequers in Goldhanger.
