Overview

Meet at The Garrison Church car park, Homefield Road for a circular walk out to Layer de la Haye past Layer Mill and through Chest Wood. We continue to proceed along Leas Lane, pass the Zoo and the quarry, and arrive at Lakelands Community Centre for lunch. The community cafe there provides hot drinks and light lunches and are happy for us to eat our own food outside. We return via Stanway Green and Gosbecks.
