Join for us for the classic Seven Sisters hike from Eastbourne to Seaford, approximately 13 miles in length.

At Seaford, walk attendees opting for the Moderate 13-mile version of the walk will finish for the day. The leader will then carry the walk on to Brighton with any attendees who want a longer Strenuous walk, extending the total distance to 26 miles. There is also a drop-out point at the 16-mile mark, at Newhaven.

Please note that pace throughout the day will be a Moderate 3 mph, regardless of end point.

Lunch and break points

Lunch is at Exceat Visitor Centre where we have use of facilities such as toilets, cafe and so forth. Exceat is 9 miles into the walk, so bring a good amount of snacks to have enroute. There is no stopping at Birling Gap given how busy it gets, nor will we use the toilets at Eastbourne Station due to queue lengths. Facilities located early on trail at Helen Gardens for those that need it.

Break points on extended version

Those wanting to stay on for the extended version of the walk, a second break will be at Newhaven Fort, and a third break at Rottingdean Beach. Facilities available at both.

There will be pub options for dinner and drinks at both Seaford and Brighton.
