Walsall Group of Ramblers has been around since 1992 and in that time we've introduced many people to the joys and benefits of walking with the Ramblers
A circular walk from the beautiful village of Claverley along paths and some quiet country roads taking in parts of Rudge Heath, Dallicott, Woundale and Upper Farmcote.
Joint walk with Wolverhampton group.
We leave the meeting point in Walsall promptly at the advertised meeting time. The start time is the time the actual walk is due to start.
We regret we cannot allow dogs other than registered assistance dogs on Walsall Group walks.
Booking is not necessary for this walk.
Please notify the leader if you intend to travel direct to the walk start.
Walkers will need a light packed lunch.
There will undoubtedly be nettles on one of the paths so shorts are not recommended.
Please patronise the pub after the walk to thank them for the use of their car park.
Car park in Daw End Lane, Rushall, opposite McDonald's.
Car park of the Plough Inn, Aston Lane, Claverley. Leave Walsall by A454/A463 Black Country Route and take your preferred route through or round Wolverhampton to join A454 Bridgnorth Road. Pass Fox PH and after 1.5 miles turn L (signed Claverley). At B4176 turn R then almost immediately L. In Claverley follow main road to church on R then turn L to find Plough Inn on L. Please park at the rear of the car park.
