This popular Corbett in the Arrochar Alps with it's distinctive outline is one of the best known mountains in Scotland starts from Succouth Car Par and initially follows a zig zag path before levelling off then follows a good path and further on passes the Narnain Boulders which in days of old were used as sleeping shelters. Following a steep ascent the reward is amazing views all round

Travel to start of walk by private bus. Pick up points in Cumbernauld: 8:50am - Craiglinn Roundabout Bus Stop 8:55am - Condorrat Main Road Bus Stop. 9.00 am - Park at car park for Cumbernauld New Town Hall, Bron Way, Cumbernauld G67 2LP Then make your way to the bus stop on Bron Way (left out car park) (see map) **** Bus back at Cumbernauld approximately 6pm. ****
