We are the Hike Essex Ramblers. We open the way for everyone in our local community to enjoy the pleasures of walking.
Unwind from the daily stresses of the office/family etc with a short, circular walk around the City Centre.
As the evenings get longer enjoy a gentle 3.5 mile walk. We will head out east towards the hythe and come back via Old Heath Recreation Ground.
There's an optional drink at the end in the Queen Street Brew House.

Walk My Way - a series of regular, mid-week, short walks around the towns/cities and villages of Essex.
Colchester will be Thursday evenings as a trial. Other areas, on different days, will come on board as the series gathers momentum.
Meet in front of St James The Less Catholic Church, Priory Street, Colchester Plenty of parking at Priory Street Car Park. Also 10 minute walk from Colchester Town Station (not the main station)
