We are the Mid Wiltshire Ramblers. We open the way for everyone in our local community to enjoy the pleasures of walking.
The walk leads down through the woods to Horningsham village and by a steep ascent up on to the Downs and to Cold Kitchen Hill with its trig point at 257m. The descent via Brims Down is moderately steep and we then return through farmland and Longleat’s woods.
There may be livestock en route and sticks may be useful as it could be muddy. Bring lunch and refreshments.
