Overview

This is a lovely walk with visits to several pubs en route.

We will start from Shoreham station after the arrival of Thameslink train from Sevenoaks due to arrive at 12.02. There are also good train connections to Shoreham from most of the rest of Kent and parking available on the main A225 road nearby.

We will visit one of the 3 pubs in Shoreham before climbing out of Shoreham for a picnic lunch at Shoreham Cross.  We will then walk a further 3 miles to Knockholt Pound, with a visit to each of the 2 pubs there.  We will then descend to The Rising Sun at Twitton, before carrying on (along roads) to visit 1 or both of the 2 pubs in Otford, with an option to leave the walk at any time in Otford for the short walk  to Otford station
