Overview

We start from Rickmansworth Aquadrome and along the Colne valley on the canal towpath and the old railway line.  We leave the Ebury Way and cross to the valley past Hampermill Lake then join the London Loop for about 4 miles then return to the Aquadrome.  After lunch we have a 3 mile loop towards Harefield and returning along the canal.
