Overview

We start from the picturesque village of Cookham and head through open countryside to Widbrook Common, then across to the Thames towpath via Battlemead. We walk back along the river towards Cookham for a banana break at Holy Trinity Church, then continue to Bourne End, returning to the car park along Cockmarsh.

This will be a flattish walk at a moderate pace.
