Overview

From lay-by follow river Axe through Rackley, then join West Mendip Way climbing Crook Peak on the steep ascent from the West, then on to Wavering Down descending to Cross from Hill Farm. Then follow the low-level path through Compton Bishop back to lay-by. Coffee and lunch stops.
