Overview

From the starting point we head to Fairlie Station to catch the 09:12 to West Kilbride.

Our walk the leaves West Kilbride towards The Avenue, Crosbie Mains and Crosbie Reservoir, where we stop for our coffee break.

The route then starts to climb towards Glentane Hill, but our first summit is Cauldron Hill and we take in Glentane Hill on our return.

From the summit we head down towards the moor road, which we continue down before a left turn takes us to Glenburn falls and our lunch stop.

After lunch we follow a (potentially muddy) track, taking a path off to the left over Diamond Hill and down Southannan Glen back to the cars.
