Overview
Park by the museum in Grantown. Walk up past the caravan site onto the old railway line and part of the Dava Way, where we pass through a deep-sided cutting. There are several notice boards along the way explaining about the old railway. A good path, and as we near and as we near the entrance to Castle Grant we go through forest, coming out by a field and, if no cattle, we can proceed. Otherwise a path and pavement can be taken back to the car park.
