Overview

This walk follows the ancient Ridgeway with stunning views from the tops of both Pitstone Hill and Ivinghoe Beacon, before returning through the beautiful woodland of the National Trust's Ashridge Estate.  Although the paths are clear, there are some undulations and walking poles may be useful.

You will need to bring a packed lunch and we aim to have afternoon refreshments at the National Trust Cafe.

Meet at the Entrance to Tring Station. There is parking at the station.

Participants on this walk need to have suitable footwear and equipment and be able to walk the distance and terrain so please consider this before booking. If you are unsure then please contact the walk leader before booking to ascertain whether this walk is suitable for you.

The leader has set a limit of 18 walkers and requires you to book. To book a place on the walk please text Becky on 07905 705190 giving your name and mobile phone number. If your plans change please let the leader know in case there is a waiting list. Your details will be used solely for the purpose of the walk and will then be destroyed.
