Overview

A 4 mile leisurely walk following the River Stour from Dedham to Flatford. After a short detour to look at Willy Lotts Cottage we continue along the river for a short while before continuing through countryside back to Dedham. There are no stiles, though there are steps.

We will meet, & start, at the main Dedham car park which is on the left as you pass the Mill building on your right. There is a charge payable.

The walk will take about 1 hour 45 minutes. On finishing, there is an option to join me & Sonia for a drink. Please consider this when purchasing your car park ticket.

We look forward to seeing you.

Please note: The paths may be muddy and water present. Therefore the wearing of waterproof walking boots is advised.
