Overview

From Deep Hayes we follow the Cauldon canal to Cheddleton before heading up over fields, tracks and country lanes towards Coombes Valley Nature Reserve and then onto Egg Well. From there we head to Leek for a pub stop before returning to Deep Hayes via Ladderedge Country Park, Hollinhay wood and a small section of the Leek branch of the Cauldon canal.
