We are the Cirencester Ramblers. We open the way for everyone in our local community to enjoy the pleasures of walking.
Starting from Windrush village hall we walk across several fields and soon reach the small but delightful village of Little Barrington. After walking through the village we get to see the lovely river Windrush. Continuing over more fields we arrive in Great Barrington which is where we stop for refreshments. A little road walking takes us past the Great Barrington Estate and Park where we may be lucky to see a herd of deer. We proceed along a wide track with fields and spectacular views on both sides. Then over fields to another wide track and more fields back to Windrush where there is another view of a tributary of the river.
Six stiles and some up and down but no big hills.

The Group encourages car sharing from the Meeting Point. If you wish to go to the start point instead of joining the walk at the Meeting Point, please contact the Walk Leader who will tell you the Start Point and Time. Travel donation £3.
