Overview

The walk starts passing the pub on our left heading to the estate, turn left till we see foot path on the right, a steep longish climb on to Heol Cefn y gaer. We the head to Chapel Clwyd waen dŵr where we take our first break, we then head across and up Penwaundwr. We then drop through fields to the village of Crai and take lunch in the church yard, we then head up across ridge Cwm Treweryn returning along the A4067. The road is generally not that busy but care is needed, back to the start.
