Overview

Starting from the Eastbrook Station Car park we have to walk along some quiet residential streets before we take the footpath into Dinas Powis Woods passing both the castle and then the Hill Fort.  We emerge in  the hamlet of Michelston le pit. Then it’s a short section on a lane which leads to the Cadoxtan River riverside path where immediately in front of us will be the Salmon Leaps, we walk past all the Salmon Leaps and carry on along the river soon turning away where we have a short steepish climb to the hilltop, with hopefully some good views . We make our way through farmland and woods until we again pick up the riverside path, but further downstream this time, this will lead us back to the car park.
