Overview

An 8.5 -9 miles walk from Donisthorpe Woodlands Centre, which was created on the site of the former Donisthorpe Colliery.  The route takes us along varied terrain that includes tow path, maintained trails, woodland and agricultural land.  Please be prepared for some muddy sections and note that the distance on the day will depend on whether we need to divert around flooded footpaths.
