We are the Dorset 4050 Ramblers. We are a friendly, mixed-age group of walkers.

The walk starts from the Dray Horse (near the Odeon Cinema) in Brewery Square in Dorchester. We head out of Dorchester northwards passing Borough Gardens, to Burton, Charminster, Charlton Down, Forston to Charminster Down where we will break for lunch. After lunch, we pass Park Farm on our way to Charminster where we will follow some of our outward journey back to Dorchester.

Some of the footpaths may be muddy so walking boots or walking shoes are recommended.
There are toilets near the start of the walk in Borough Gardens.
There will be the option for refreshments after the walk.
