We will start by ascending Park Hill behind the Church, then continue up to The South Downs Way. Our return will take us on a descent through woodland and farmland tracks as we head back down to the village. Our walk will take us on the bracing chalk downs uplands, with fantastic, far reaching views.
Please bring a packed lunch. There is also a pub at end of walk for refreshments. Dogs are most welcome on the walk, but please be aware there may be livestock in some of the fields.
PLEASE NOTE: There is a water main problem which has shut Workhouse Lane from the centre of the village. This is the road leading to the car park so you should access the car park from the West Meon end of Workhouse Lane only. Ignore the road closed signs at that end and you will be able to get in to the car park.
