Due to a severe weather warning for this weekend the walk has been canceled. It will be rescheduled for the new year.

Following the riverside past Higgons Well walking in the direction of Uzmaston, a few road sections on route and lots of clear tracks and not muddy, also not many climbs and no steep ones. to Boulston area great country side views (if weather same as the recce.)
At the coffee stop a choice to not do a loop of about 1 mile those who do not want to just stay for a longer break and we the ( 8 milers) will rejoin you up to Norchard, Shady Grove, Hanton Bridge and back to the cars.
Free parking at Frolic car park ,may have double up.
Sorry not suitable for dogs.
