Via Leith Hill and Coldharbour. A fabulous, scenic walk through Autumn woodlands, passing water meadows to reach Leith Hill Tower and be amazed by the views. There are some steep descents with steps and steep climbs. There are also 2 stiles to navigate on the route.
Good footwear is essential as the walk may be very muddy and the paths can be very uneven with tree roots etc
Lunch stop will be at The Plough Inn, Cold Harbour. There is an option to purchase tea and coffee and cake in the shop owned by the pub or you can bring your own packed lunch. Rearguard: David K
