Overview

Start at the car park at Freshwater Bay at 10.30 . There is normally plenty of free parking available along the road nearby or along the road near Dimbola. Freshwater, along the river to Red Lion then via the Golden Hill Fort to Colwell Bay and Totland, before heading back to Freshwater via Farringford. About 8 miles, 3.5 hours Fairly flat throughout. Bit of road walking in Totland. Bring a packed lunch
