Join us for an 11 mile circular walk starting from the car park at Glasson Dock marina. The walk follows the Glasson Branch of the Lancaster Canal a for a way and then via fields to Cockersands Abbey via the village of Cockerham. We follow the coast from here back to Glasson Dock where we will have post walk refreshments.
There is likely to be several muddy patches on the walk so proper walking boots or shoes are recommended. The walk has been graded as moderate due to the length but is relatively flat with few climbs.
