Overview

A popular route for climbing Arran's highest hill. We will take the local bus to the start of the walk at Cladach. Thereafter the walk is mainly on forest track and mountain paths. The final 150 metres is steep and stony. Overall this is a strenuous walk which can be challenging at times. However the views from the summit are superb. Return to the ferry terminal by local bus or walk along the shore. OS Explorer 361
