This is an undulating walk with one set of steep steps up from the coast, then paths through woodland, meadows, small hamlets, and some short sections of lane. Underfoot it is mostly OK but there are streams to cross and some downhill stretches which could be slippery if wet. Bring poles if you like to use them. There is one special feature, a disused viaduct, which is stunning and the largest one in the country for a light railway. I shall tempt fate and say the views at various stages are fabulous so let's hope the weather is kind!
We will stop for coffee and a picnic. in between the pace will be brisk.
