We are the Collingham Ramblers. We open the way for everyone in our local community to enjoy the pleasures of walking.
A circular walk over undulating countryside with good views taking in 4 small villages.
There are some short ascents and several stiles.
It may be muddy in places so boots will be recommended.
As usual, there will be a stop for coffee and lunch so please bring your own provisions.
The walk ends at The Black Horse pub in Grimston where we may get a drink and use the facilities.
From Newark take A46 towards Leicester, past Bingham, past the A606 to Melton Mowbray and left at the A6006 and then almost immediately right at the T Junction signed for Melton Mowbray. Then left at the Cross Roads onto B676. Continue ahead and take first right signed Grimston and park by the Village Green. Allow 40 minutes from Newark.
