There are some short ascents and several stiles.

It may be muddy in places so boots will be recommended.

From Newark take A46 towards Leicester, past Bingham, past the A606 to Melton Mowbray and left at the A6006 and then almost immediately right at the T Junction signed for Melton Mowbray. Then left at the Cross Roads onto B676. Continue ahead and take first right signed Grimston and park by the Village Green. Allow 40 minutes from Newark.
