Overview

Circular Walk : From Kidsgrove Station we follow the canal towpath to Scholar Green, then paths and tracks up The Bank, over Mow Cop and along Congleton Edge with good 360 degree views.   We descend through fields and paths to follow 'The Lines' to Congleton Station. Ascent 800 feet  We ask walkers to contact the leader to book a place on the walk. This helps them with their risk assessment. Non-members are welcome to try up to 3 walks before joining Ramblers.
