A pretty 12.5 miles walk through some Chiltern villages and countryside in Buckinghamshire. Starting in Hambleden, we head through Skirmett up to Turville and the Cobstone windmill, which was used as a location for filming 'Chitty Chitty Bang Bang' and there are some lovely views from the top. Then we go across to Fingest, Frieth and Marlow Common before coming back to Hambleden. We aim to be back in Hambleden by around 5-5.30pm.
We can stop at a pub for a drink along the way in Frieth or at the end depending on our preferences. Please bring a packed lunch with you.
Start point and parking: Meet at the main car park at Hambleden village centre, 51.5724068 N, 0.8684896 W, what3words ///proceeds.eternally.hazelnuts. Please arrive at the start point for 10:00 ready to leave at 10:15.
Public transport: Trains and buses do not serve Hambleden directly and may not get you to the start point in time to begin the walk.

There is a chance of muddy conditions at times throughout the walk, so please wear appropriate clothing for the weather/footwear. There will be several hills to negotiate as well.
