Overview

Terrain: Gentle heath and woodland walking, some inclines and declines with stretches of pavement walking.

Route: Crossing Hampstead Heath via Parliament Hill to Kenwood House, on to Lyttleton Gardens, from there following the Capital Ring to Highgate.
