First walk of the year kicks off at Hanchurch. We will start off by walking around the paths and tracks around Hanchurch Hills & Swynnerton Old Park. We will then head in the direction of Baldwins Gate, Whitmore before returning to Swynnerton Old Park via Acton and hopefully the carpark at Hanchurch Hills. This walk is over varied terrain and we will be walking along footpaths, tracks, country roads. There will be a toilet (pub) stop on route. Given the time of year it may be muddy in places. Left over mince pies, chocolates, Christmas cake are welcome on this walk.
Hanchurch Water Tower Car park is located at Hanchurch Hills, along Drayton Road, turning into Harley Thorn Lane. Please don't rely on the post code as this may take you to another location in Hanchurch
