The walk will take in parts of Hanslope, Salcey Forest, Hartwell and Ashton, mainly across field paths. There will a coffee stop at Grounds cafe in Salcey Forest around 11.00. There will be a separate al fresco lunch stop where you can eat your own food.
The start and finish point is the car park at Hanslope Recreation ground on Castlethorpe Road. If using a satnav, it may try to take you into the new housing estate opposite the recreation ground - that is not the way!
In view of the recent rain, please be prepared for some mud.
