A leisurely 6 mile circular walk, starting from Hartlebury Common north car park (off B4193).
We walk across Hartlebury Common, walk along the river Severn, the Staffordshire & Worcestershire Canal, the Leapgate old railway line and then along fields, passing Hartlebury Castle and heading back to the start point.
The route is fairly flat, river & canal paths, a disused railway line and some fields with only one descent (from Hartlebury common to the A4025)
The walk has a few stiles, and it may be muddy due to the time of year, fallen leaves etc. especially if it's been raining.
We have to cross the A4025 and also the B4193 on our walk.
Please wear appropriate footwear, bring a waterproof and a drink and snack for our short stop around half the way around.
