Hartlebury Common,Stourport and the River Severn

The walk begins at Hartlebury Common which is a site of special scientific interest ( SSSI). The heathland is noted for its many rare species of plants and animals. We then head out towards Hartlebury Village and the Leapgate Country Park walking along the old railway line until it meets The Staffs and Worcester Canal. The canal takes us into Stourport where we will walk along the River past the impressive Marina to the pretty Lincomb Weir. Finally, we will return to the start point over the common.
