Overview

8 mile circular walk from Helpston around local villages, including parts of the Torpel Way.  It will be across fields so likely to be muddy and would suggest bringing poles if you use them.  There are a few stiles and some short periods of road walking. The lunch stop will be in Barnack around the church area and near the Millstone Inn.
