Leave car park, cross Yair Bridge and turn right. Minor road then riverside path and cycle path to wards Galashiels, before joining Southern Upland Way, which goes all the way back to Yair Bridge.
A moderate walk on cycle tracks, paths and minor roads. A couple os ascents, one quite long. Gates, stiles and steps.
