Overview

We will set off through picturesque Whitstable then follow the Saxon Shore Way for a while, before turning inland for the Faversham Hop Festival! https://www.favershamhopfestival.org/

It's not a long walk (11 miles), but we will not be dawdling - we will aim to get to Faversham by 3-3.30pm. Bring packed lunch. Possibly a pub stop just after lunch, then open air festival at the end in the historic town of Faversham, with snack/drink stalls, live music, and lots of hops!

Terrain: Coastal path, fields, and footpaths.

Travel:  Take 9:20 from London St Pancras International (9:27 Stratford International), arr. Whitstable 10:39. Buy return to Whitstable.
